Booking & Appointment Policies

Thank you for choosing Body by V! We truly value and appreciate your business. To provide every client with the best possible experience, please review the following policies before booking your appointment.

By booking an appointment with Body by V, you acknowledge and agree to the policies outlined below.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for ALL appointments to secure your booking.

Your remaining balance will be due at the completion of your service.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your appointment may have the original deposit transferred to a new appointment.
  • Same-day cancellations will require a $50 rescheduling fee before a new appointment can be booked.
  • All deposits are non-refundable.
  • No-call/no-show appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

If you are running late, please call or text as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late without communication may result in cancellation of your appointment.

Please keep in mind that late arrivals may also affect the amount of time available for your scheduled service.

BEFORE & AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS

Before- and after-hours sessions may be available by request.

HEALTH & WELLNESS

For the health and comfort of everyone, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of illness or are not feeling well.

Please do not bring additional guests to your appointment unless arrangements have been made in advance.

BEFORE YOUR SESSION

For the best experience and results:

  • Please avoid eating for 2 hours before your appointment.
  • Please avoid alcohol consumption the day before your appointment.
  • Stay well hydrated before and after your session — water is key!

Post-op clients: If necessary, you may have something light to eat before your appointment.

ICESCULPT SESSIONS

If you are receiving an IceSculpt Session, please wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting product or ice on. Any residue should wash out easily.
